Cherie Antilla has the top attributes to be in client relations at TK Design & Associates. With her warm, compassionate and engaging personality she is a true "people person." She has vast experience in not only active listening, but in taking action to resolve issues, using her keen insight and interpersonal skills to do so in an efficient and mutually satisfactory fashion.
Cherie honed her people and management skills throughout her career, working for 20 years as a corporate recruiter. She has screened, interviewed and hired candidates for a variety of positions including executive, administrative, engineering, technical, light industrial, skilled trades, accounting and supervision for major companies such as General Motors and ITC Holdings. In her various recruiter positions she has managed employee relations and has served as an account manager. She has also negotiated wage rates and terms of employment, administered benefits, and has trained and mentored entry level recruiters. In her most recent position as a senior recruiter with ITC Holdings, where she served for 7 years, Cherie coordinated talent acquisition for corporate and field office locations and was part of the strategy development, analysis, pro-active sourcing, selection and on-boarding team. Cherie also has experience in a legal setting, serving as an administrative assistant in the Law Offices of Harris & Literski in Brighton for four years.
