Novi, MI | October 2025 — TK Design & Associates, a nationally recognized residential design firm known for creating innovative, livable, and cost-effective home designs, is proud to announce that the company is now 100% employee-owned through the establishment of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Founded in 2005, TK Design & Associates has spent the past 20 years transforming how home design is approached, combining award-winning creativity with a deep understanding of buildability and market appeal. Becoming an employee-owned company marks an exciting new chapter in TK’s journey that strengthens its foundation for the future while rewarding the people who make its success possible.
