My work experience spans over 25 years from commercial to residential design in offices with as few as two employees to a design-build firm with over 100 employees. Great professional group of people to work with!

When I first engaged with TK Design on my 1st two jobs under my new company, Grewal Homes, I had the pleasure to work with Eric Tiffin on setting the scope of services and signing the contracts. His preliminary questions covered items I didn’t initially think of that certainly removed any misunderstandings that would have come at a later date. He was frank and honest in managing my expectations, something that is not an industry standard unfortunately.

In addition, Angela Nuveman was extremely pleasant to work with, from start to finish! She’s personable, down-to-earth, professional and experienced as she worked with me to fine-tune my home plans. She was responsive on every question and change request I made and she did a phenomenal job corridinating with her team to complete the construction sets. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

My wife and I have engaged Mike at TK Design to bring us a concept for a beautiful English cottage style home on a great lot in Royal Oak. Of all the 100’s of decisions I’ve made while building my house, the best decision-by far-was to start with TK Design to design my house. Todd has incredible talent at designing floor plans — he can fit the most amazing floor plans in the smallest envelopes! — better than any designer I’ve ever worked with! And on top of that — the floor plans he creates are very functional — and on top of that — the elevations turn out remarkably beautiful as well as very buildable! I’ve worked with all kinds of the so called best architectural talent and found that some architects are good at floor plans and some are decent at elevations but few are good at both…
